(NASDAQ: LNTH) (“Lantheus”) in a Rule 144A offering of $575 million aggregate principal amount of the company’s 2.625% convertible senior notes due 2027, which included $75 million principal amount of notes pursuant to the exercise in full of the initial purchaser’s option to purchase additional notes. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc., a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Lantheus.
