Brendan Jones, co-chair of Foley Hoag’s PTAB Proceedings practice group, has been named to
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Go To IP Lawyer list for 2025.
The Go To Lawyer list recognizes “a leader in his or her field with a history of success.” Jones manages the worldwide prosecution and strategy of extensive patent portfolios for a diverse array of clients, including large and small biotechnology companies and academic institutions He also represents clients in litigation matters and post-grant proceedings.
Earlier this year, he was part of a Foley Hoag team that
successfully challenged the validity of “the ‘781 patent” before the PTAB on behalf of client Geneoscopy, which cleared the path for the continued commercialization of Geneoscopy’s ColoSense colorectal cancer screening test.
