Marc Graboyes Appointed to Colorado BioScience Association Board of Directors

CBSA announced its new board leadership and incoming members as part of its ongoing commitment to advancing Colorado’s life sciences ecosystem.

Mr. Graboyes is a corporate attorney who represents emerging companies and investors in the life sciences and technology sectors. His practice focuses on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He joins a board composed of accomplished life sciences entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, and industry leaders who will help shape the future of Colorado’s thriving health innovation community.
