Brendan Roberts focuses his practice on advising strategic and private equity fund clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, including leveraged buyouts, minority and growth investments, add-on acquisitions, general corporate governance matters, and other business transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan was a corporate associate at a large Boston law firm, where he represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions transactions, growth equity transactions and venture capital financings.
