I help employers navigate complex issues, protect their interests, and resolve disputes.
Monica Frascona specializes in breaking down complex employment and labor-related issues for everyday application to employers’ business practices, and she defends their interests when disputes arise. Monica’s work includes advising clients as they navigate employment relationships, organizing drives, collective-bargaining negotiations, arbitration, and other complex issues. She defends against unfair labor practice charges and litigates disputes in federal and state court.
Monica has broad litigation experience representing companies and individuals in matters involving the National Labor Relations Board, AG investigations, product-liability claims, and contract, construction, shareholder, and insurance disputes.
Monica began her career as a trial lawyer with a district attorney’s office in Southern California. She has since represented clients in state and federal court in disputes spanning a wide range of issues and industries. Monica is actively involved in pro bono work, assisting vulnerable populations with their immigration status and advising organizations working to advance protections against gun violence.
