I am passionate about helping our attorneys reach their full potential by creating self-awareness, building on their strengths, reframing challenges into opportunities, and setting intentional goals.
Jordana Glasgow supports the professional growth and development of Foley Hoag’s attorneys. She creates training curricula and programming for associates and partners, oversees department mentoring programs and helps run the firm’s associate performance review processes. As a Certified Professional Coach, Jordana also supports the firm’s attorneys through one-on-one coaching and advising, as well as through creative group coaching initiatives and leadership development programming. She is also certified in Mental Health First Aid.
Jordana is a member of the firm’s Attorney Review Committee; Committee on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; and the Policy and Procedure Against Discrimination and Harassment Committee. Prior to joining Foley Hoag, she was a Litigation Partner at Palmer & Dodge and Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, where she served as a Practice Group Leader and co-Hiring Partner, and also ran the Litigation Department’s training curriculum and review process.
