Jennifer Davenport serves as Foley Hoag's Chief Growth and Legal Recruiting Officer, helping to lead the firm's business growth, strategic expansion, and talent acquisition initiatives. Based in Denver, she works closely with firm leadership to develop and execute strategies that advance the firm’s growth objectives, strengthen its market position, and support the recruitment and integration of exceptional legal talent.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience driving growth, organizational transformation, and market expansion within Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to develop firm strategy, enhance market positioning, and lead partner recruiting initiatives. She has also led multidisciplinary teams through complex transformation efforts, large-scale integrations, and operational change management initiatives that have strengthened firm performance and culture.

Her executive leadership experience spans marketing, business development, growth, and firm operations, providing a unique perspective on the strategic and operational drivers of law firm success. That breadth of experience enables her to approach growth with an understanding of how talent, strategy, and execution work together to support long-term success.
