As Chief Information Officer, Karen Campbell is responsible for creating a strategy that drives Foley Hoag's operations, competitiveness and innovation, and harnesses idea development to advance leading-edge information technology infrastructure. A key member of the firm's leadership team – and the leading voice on matters of IT support and cyberinfrastructure – Karen leverages emerging technologies to maximize efficiencies firm wide.
Karen shapes and implements a vision for information technologies that enhances data sharing and technology services, optimizes and streamlines systems, and catalyzes innovation in support of the firm's strategic goals. She oversees all IT services, encompassing planning, staffing, budgeting, personnel, analyzing systems, and ensures accountability for department activities.
