Diana Lo’s practice focuses on investment advisers and private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds. Diana represents investment advisers and private investment funds in all matters, including formation, structuring and various matters of regulatory compliance.
She also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other alternative assets.
Previously, Diana was Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) where she provided legal counsel to SSGA’s bank-maintained collective investment trusts and private funds and advised on governance and regulatory matters.
