His decades-long experience encompasses patent drafting and prosecution, patent portfolio analysis, freedom-to-operate and noninfringement assessments, intellectual property licensing, post-grant and contested proceedings, portfolio monetization initiatives, and intellectual property support for mergers and acquisitions.
