Foley Hoag LLP attorneys Andrew Loewenstein, Tafadzwa Pasipanodya & Arsalan Suleman will speak in a Masterclass Workshop hosted by the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA), taking place on April 28, 2022. The Masterclass is sponsored by the firm.
The Hon. Judge Abdulqawi A. Yusuf of the International Court of Justice will deliver the keynote address on inter-state arbitration and African countries, and provide some historical case examples. Loewenstein, Pasipanodya and Suleman will be offering their unique perspectives as counsel.

HIALSA provides a community within Harvard Law School (HLS) for all students interested in international arbitration. The organization aims to promote the study of arbitration at HLS, to offer a forum for students to discuss emerging topics in arbitration, and to create connections between students and arbitration practitioners.
