Foley Hoag Advises Soltage in Sale of 121 Megawatts in Solar Assets to Altus Power

Foley Hoag LLP advised Soltage LLC in the sale by Soltage and Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLC of their joint venture, Project Hyperion, LLC, to Altus Power, Inc. Project Hyperion is comprised of 121 Megawatts in solar assets, primarily located in North and South Carolina.
Soltage is a leading developer, owner, and operator of distributed utility-scale solar and storage assets for utility, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers across the United States. Soltage has developed more than 125 clean energy projects and currently has more than 500MW total distributed generating capacity under construction and management.
