Three Foley Hoag Lawyers Selected to Participate in 2024 LCLD Programs and Events
March 04, 2024
Foley Hoag LLP has announced three of its attorneys will participate in 2024 diversity programs and events hosted by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Associate Mital Patel will participate in the LCLD Fellows Program, and associates Kevin Chen and Mariah Figlietti will participate in the Pathfinder Program.
The Fellows program is a leadership development initiative designed for top-performing lawyers with a minimum of eight years of practice from historically underrepresented backgrounds in the legal industry. It provides Fellows with professional development and relationship-building opportunities, leadership training, and access to LCLD members (including managing partners and general counsel).
The Pathfinder program is a professional development program designed to train diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys from underrepresented backgrounds on foundational leadership and relationship-building.
Patel focuses her practice on patent litigation and advertising law matters; Chen’s practice focuses on energy and environmental matters; and Figlietti’s practice focuses on advising companies on a wide range of corporate matters.
The LCLD organization is comprised of over 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. Its programs help a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
