March 20, 2025
Foley Hoag has announced that three of its partners have been appointed to Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards for 2025.
Allie Clark - Colorado Editorial Board. Clark serves as outside general counsel to companies at all points in their corporate lifecycles, from formation to complex international mergers and acquisitions, as well as investors on portfolio company investments, including mergers and acquisitions.
John Lanza - Legal Tech Editorial Board. Lanza, a member of the firm’s Innovation Committee, offers business-focused counsel on acquiring, transferring, and protecting intellectual property rights.
David Lazarus - Massachusetts Editorial Board. Lazarus represents clients in a wide variety of high stakes government and internal investigations, false claims act/qui tam defense, hearings, administrative actions, trials, and enforcement proceedings.
Editorial advisory boards provide feedback and insight on Law360’s coverage and advise on best practices to shape future content. Members may also serve as an on-the-record source for reporters throughout the year. Appointees are vetted through a stringent nomination process and are selected for a one-year term.
