Allie Clark serves as outside general counsel to clients at all points in their corporate lifecycles, from formation to complex international mergers and acquisitions. She represents investors seeking to grow their portfolios, ranging from angel funds to large private equity firms. Allie's expertise allows her to understand unique and complex business models, so she can advise clients navigating all facets of the emerging company landscape.

Allie has significant experience advising clients in a wide range of industries, including biomedical and pharmaceutical technology, consumer products, electronics and technology, internet commerce, renewable energy and sustainability, software, space commerce, and transportation and logistics.

Allie currently serves as a member on the state of Colorado's Employee Ownership Commission and as a consultant and mentor to the Colorado Small Business Development Center network. Allie is also a passionate volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge, where she educates school aged children on body safety for the prevention of child abuse. Lastly, she also serves on the Law360 Colorado Editorial Board, responsible for providing feedback and insight on the outlet's coverage of the Colorado market and advising on best practices to shape future content.

  • Maiven Energy, a developer of an AI-powered virtual energy assistant platform, in a SAFE financing led by Blue Startups
  • Prometheus Materials, a provider of zero-carbon concrete intended to make bio-cement with zero carbon emission, in the initial closing of 2024 Note and Warrant financing
  • 88 Acres Foods, a manufacturer of healthy snacks intended for fitness enthusiasts, in the initial closings of a Note financing

  • Manifest, the exclusive lifestyle and travel club that provides custom-crafted getaways to unique destinations within the U.S. and abroad with the option of pairing trips with private plane service, in its acquisition of Skyroads Aviation, LLC, a Part 135 Certificated Operator based at Centennial Airport outside of Denver
  • Verblio Inc., creator of a content creation platform connecting businesses and agencies with industry expert writers to help companies create branded marketing content, in connection with the acquisition of the company's assets by SF2 Verblio LLC
  • Ageto Energy, a microgrid energy management system provider, in its sale of substantially all of its assets to Generac Power Systems, Inc.
  • MBio Diagnostics, Inc. d/b/a LightDeck Diagnostics in its sale to Heska Corporation (NASDAQ: HSKA), provider of advanced veterinary diagnostic and specialty products and solutions*
