Foley Hoag LLP partner Allie Clark has been appointed to Law360’s Colorado Editorial Advisory Board for 2024. Appointees are vetted through a stringent nomination process and are selected for a one-year term.
The editorial advisory board provides feedback and insight on Law360’s coverage and advises on best practices to shape future content. Members may also serve as an on-the-record source for reporters throughout the year.
Clark has significant experience advising clients in a wide range of industries, including renewable energy and sustainability, aerospace and defense, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, software, consumer products, electronics and technology, internet commerce, and manufacturing. She also currently serves as a member on the state of Colorado's Employee Ownership Commission and as a consultant and mentor to the Colorado Small Business Development Center network.
Clark and a team of three other attorneys
joined Foley Hoag in January 2024 to expand the firm's widely recognized Emerging Company & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice group. Their arrival marked a significant advancement for the firm’s Denver office, less than a year after it was established.
