Foley Hoag LLP represented Manifest, the exclusive lifestyle and travel club that provides custom-crafted getaways to unique destinations within the U.S. and abroad with the option of pairing trips with private plane service, in the acquisition of SkyRoads Aviation, LLC, a Part 135 Certificated Operator based at Centennial Airport outside of Denver.
