Foley Hoag Receives Three Autumn 2025 Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards

Foley Hoag attorneys received three Autumn 2025 Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards, in the Environmental Law and Energy and Natural Resources categories in the U.S. and in the Arbitration & Dispute Resolution category in France.

Basil Seggos, Andrew London, Jack Smith and Elza Bouhassira received recognition in the U.S. Environmental Law and Energy and Natural Resources categories for their April 2025 blog post “State Attorney General And State Governor Responses To Executive Orders Impacting Climate And Energy,” which provided an overview of state-level responses to federal actions impacting the energy and climate space.

Daniel Schimmel, Diana Paraguacuto-Mahéo, Anne-Fleur Dory and Irene Whelan Vita earned a Thought Leadership Award in the France Arbitration & Dispute Resolution category for their April 2025 “Report on French Arbitration Law Reform,” which outlined the French Ministry of Justice’s proposed reforms to French arbitration law, the first such proposal since 2011.

The Autumn 2025 Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards recognize top authors from across the Mondaq platform based on total readership between April 2025 and October 2025. Awards are given to the top author in each of 16 countries, as well as across multiple topic areas in each country.
