A Foley Hoag team advised client Zero Homes, a technology company pioneering an end-to-end digital platform that removes friction from home upgrades for both homeowners and contractors, in a successful Series A raise led by Prelude Ventures and including SJF Ventures, Exelon Foundation, and existing investors VoLo Earth Ventures, Overture VC, and FJ Labs. The raise will support the company’s growth into new markets and development of new product offerings.
Zero Homes was founded in 2022 by Grant Gunnison, who combined his experience in the trades with experience as an engineer at MIT and NASA to create a platform that simplifies the home upgrade process for homeowners and contractors. Zero Homes currently operates in Colorado, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Illinois and California, with plans to expand in 2026.
