Adrian Maraziti advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including corporate formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and strategic alliances, and general corporate governance matters.

Adrian has a broad range of experience in licensing and strategic alliances, including drafting and negotiating licenses, material transfer, and collaborative research agreements for clients in the healthcare, technology, and life sciences industries. He has experience negotiating software licenses and software-as-a-service agreements. He also advises public and private companies on a range of corporate matters, including corporate formation, financings, and general corporate governance matters.
