A Foley Hoag team advised client Metropolitan Partners Group, a private credit fund, in an investment in the operator of multi-location, multi-specialty ambulatory surgical centers across New York and New Jersey. The investment, which comes in the form of a senior secured facility, will enable the company to accelerate its organic growth within the marketplace.
