Brandon focuses his core practice on representing buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions within the upper-middle to lower-middle markets. He advises private equity fund managers, independent sponsors, traditional and self-funded searchers, and portfolio company management teams on an array of M&A and corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, majority and minority equity investments, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
In addition to his M&A practice, Brandon regularly advises both established and emerging fund managers on the formation and capitalization of private investment vehicles. His experience includes counseling traditional private equity firms on committed capital fund formations, independent sponsors on deal-by-deal equity raises, searchers on search fund and acquisition capital raises, and operating company management on friends and family financings.
