Lee Ramati focuses her practice on providing legal counsel to emerging companies and venture capital firms, advising on venture financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring matters. She delivers strategic guidance throughout the deal lifecycle, from initial negotiation to closing.
Prior to joining the firm, Lee practiced as a corporate associate at renowned law firms in Israel, where she represented hi-tech companies and startups in various transactional and corporate counseling matters, including debt and venture transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
