Philippe also handles cases involving directors' and officers' liability. He advises clients on international litigation and dispute resolution, in both local courts and via international arbitration procedures.
Throughout his career, Philippe's clients have included the number one producer of non-nuclear electricity in the world; one of the French market leaders in the ready-to-wear and shoes distribution sector; a Taiwanese manufacturer of smartphones; an international group involved in the manufacturing of distribution transformers, power transformers, and energy; and one of the largest and most important international companies in the bowling and amusement industries.
Philippe also drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, whether they relate to routes to market or procurement and supply chain. He assists foreign clients in all matters relating to advertising, marketing and product regulation. Philippe has specific expertise in key industry sectors, such as life sciences, real estate, retail, food and beverage, automotive, telecom and aviation.
