I advise clients on navigating the opportunities and challenges presented by bankruptcy/restructuring and e-discovery.

Jiun-Wen Bob Teoh is a member of Foley Hoag’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice.  His bankruptcy & restructuring practice focuses on U.S. and international business reorganizations, creditor’s rights, and distressed acquisitions.  Bob represents both debtors and creditors in chapter 7, 11 and 15 cases and has appeared before bankruptcy courts and district courts on behalf of his clients.

Bob is also a member of the Litigation Department, where his practice focuses on providing e-discovery support in complex litigation.  He assists with creating and managing protocols on document collection, storage and production for litigation, arbitration and mediation needs.
