Jennifer Audeh advises her clients on high-stakes corporate matters and strategic transactions, serving as general counsel to private credit, venture capital, private equity, angel, mezzanine, SBIC and other investors, as well as private and public companies.
The support Jennifer provides ranges from counseling on corporate, partnership and securities laws to debt and equity investment transactions, restructurings and SBIC licensure. She also has experience working with impact focused clients on their formations and transactions.
Jennifer frequently speaks on topics around small business investment companies, debt finance and credit trends, and company formation and fundraising. In addition to her practice, Jennifer takes an active role in the leadership at Foley Hoag, serving as Co-Chair of the SBIC Practice Group and previously serving as Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Department.
