I represent clients through investigations, enforcement actions, and high-stakes disputes that define the future of their business.
Andrew Fishman is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on high-stakes government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement defense, and complex commercial litigation. He advises major public and private companies, as well as senior executives and other individual clients, on their most sensitive legal matters.
His experience includes representing clients in investigations and enforcement actions brought by the DOJ, SEC, OFAC, state attorneys general, and state financial regulators, including NYDFS.
