Scott was previously the Chief People Officer at national executive search firm, Isaacson, Miller. In this role, Scott guided and managed programs and policies that advanced Isaacson, Miller's organizational values and business success. He and his team lead compensation and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and human resources law and compliance. Scott also served on Isaacson, Miller's Management Committee. Prior to Isaacson, Miller, Scott acted as Human Resources Manager at NutraClick, a technology-driven health products company and as Onboarding Manager at Rapid7, a high growth technology security company.
