Alexandra Levay has worked with client on tax matters arising from a wide variety of business transactions, including private funds, M&A, debt financing, renewable energy, and non-profit and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Alex had over 10 years of experience in working with corporate executive teams in areas of accounting, sales finance, and general corporate financial planning and analysis. Alex has passed the CPA exam and holds both an MBA and an Master of Science in accounting.
